My thoughts
We are 17.7 tonnes ahead of last year. The continued trend of increases is good to see.
I was hoping for more. We did a lot of promotion this year. Creighton began free curbside pickup. Flin Flon purchased a trailer that is conveniently located in the empty parking lot by Canadian Tire and Walmart.
Cardboard continues to be 48% of recyclables. This means there are new households recycling which is always a good thing.
